Returns and Refunds

Policy for prints and original paintings:

 

I am happy to provide a full refund or exchange should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible if you have any issues. 

 

You will have 14 days to ship the item back from the time the items were delivered. Please package the artwork to be returned securely in its original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. We recommend retaining your postage receipt as Sara McKnight Art cannot accept any liability for items lost in the post.

 

We will submit your refund as soon as the artwork has arrived safely back to us.

Refunds will be made using the same method you used to make payment, and we will notify you once the refund has been made.

 

Policy for commissioned portraits:

 

We are unfortunately not able to offer returns on commissioned artworks, as the art will have been specifically made to your requirements.

Please note deposits are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled within 24 hours of paying the deposit. If you pay a deposit for commission and then change your mind I will not return your deposit. The customer is responsible for safe returns and insurance.
