This tiny little bat has huge ears almost as long as their body! When resting they either curl their ears back or tuck them under their wings. Like all bats, this species is nocturnal, only venturing out at night to hunt moths, midges and other flying insects. They have an incredible sense of direction thanks to echolocation.
 
I painted this little bat because there just aren't enough bat paintings in the world! They have such cute, mischievous little faces.
